Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov does not exclude possibility of oil price decrease to $50 per barrel in the second part of 2012, RIA Novosti reported.

"There are suggestions that a second wave of crisis can occur in the second half of the year and oil price will be quite low. Such a scenario is not fantastic but quite a realistic," Massimov said speaking at the joint meeting of the Parliament's Chambers.

According to Massimov, if the negative forecasts come true, the government will appeal to the Parliament and President with a request to revise the budget.

"I have ordered to find ways of economy development in the case of oil prices fall to $50 per barrel," Massimov said speaking at the joint meeting of the Parliament's Chambers.
