Two officers were hospitalized with gunshot wounds following a skirmish in the military unit in Priozersk town in Kazakh Karaganda region, a source in Ambulance Service told Novosti-Kazakhstan.
"The military unit's assistant fired at deputy commander due to personal conflict, the bullet ricocheted and hit thigh of political officer. The officers were hospitalized," the source said.
Later, the captain, who shot at deputy commander and political officer, was detained, a source in law enforcement agencies said.
