Three construction tower cranes collapsed in Astana on Tuesday due to strong gusts of wind. As a result of incidents two people died and three others were injured, the Emergency Situations Department of Kazakh capital says.
"There are three emergency cases, namely fall of a tower crane on a residential house located at the address Str. Ablaikhan 6/4, where residents suffered, also in the Zarechni settlement and in the territory of Company "Motive", at the address Str. Pushkin 55/a. A result of these emergency cases, two people died and three people were injured," the Department says.
