A new deputy director was appointed in the Kazakh Foreign Intelligence Service "Syrbar", the presidential press service said today.
"Ruslan Omarov was appointed Deputy Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service 'Syrbar' in Kazakhstan," the report says.
Former Deputy Director of the Kazakh Foreign Intelligence Service "Syrbar" Marat Kuzetov was dismissed.
"Syrbar" was founded in February 2009 upon Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev's decree. "Barlau" service under the Kazakh National Security Committee was abolished upon this decree.
