New leader of President representation in Parliament appointed in Kazakhstan

By the Presidential decree Kairat Nurpeisov Aytmuhambetovich is appointed as the leader of the President representation in the Parliament of Kazakhstan, Acords press service reported on Wednesday.
Kairat Nurpeisov was born on September 21, 1957 in the village of Galkino Shcherbakty area. He began his career as a mechanic in the locomotive depot Pavlodar.
In 1998-99, he served as Vice-Minister of Energy, Industry and Trade, in 1999-2002 -as Vice- Minister of State Revenues of Kazakhstan.
On March 7, 2003 he was appointed a Governor of Pavlodar, and on June 14, 2003 - Governor of Pavlodar region.
From September 2008 he was Deputy Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan.
On October 13, 2008 by a presidential decree he was appointed as the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan.
From 24 August 2009 to July 2011 he was a Chairman of the Republic's Agency for Civil Service.
From February 2012 he was a chief of Staff of the Senate (upper house) of the Parliament of Kazakhstan.
He was awarded the Order of Kurmet (2005), a jubilee medal "10 years of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan", a jubilee medal "10 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan", medal "10 years of Astana" (2008).
