Russian, Belarusian and Kazakh presidents to discuss integration issues

By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: The Presidents of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan - Vladimir Putin, Alexander Lukashenko and Nursultan Nazarbayev will discuss integration cooperation at the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council summit in Moscow on Dec. 24, Russian presidential press-service reported.

The parties will also discuss the state of progress in work to establish the Eurasian Economic Union scheduled for January 1, 2015. The topic of drafting and implementation of roadmaps for the accession of Kyrgyzstan and Armenia to the Eurasian integration organizations, such as the Customs Union and Common Economic Space, will be on the agenda as well.

A number of joint decisions on harmonizing customs policy, regulating natural monopolies and competition rules will be signed during the summit.
