Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev met with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Akorda reported today.
Relevant issues on the international agenda were discussed during the meeting.
President Nazarbayev and Tony Blair discussed key aspects of the 'Kazakhstan -2050' strategy and considered the main direction of its effective implementation.
President Nazarbayev stressed that the main goal of the strategy is Kazakhstan's joining 30 developed world countries that will require the maximum concentration of efforts and resources. In this context, the activity of the relevant expert advisory board may have made a significant contribution.
