By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: Russian and Kazakh Presidents Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev held a telephone conversation on June 22, Russian presidency reported.
The two presidents discussed key bilateral cooperation issues and integration cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union, which is in the process of being established. Several current international issues, including the crisis in Ukraine, were also discussed.
Mr Putin and Mr Nazarbayev also reviewed their plans for bilateral contacts over the coming period.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev also took part in the conversation.
