Forum of heads of Kazakh and Russian near-border prosecutor’s offices to open in Astana

The forum of the heads of near-border prosecutor's offices of Kazakhstan and Russia will open in Astana, on Aug.7, Prosecutor General's Office of Kazakhstan said.
"The forum will be attended by the employees of Kazakhstan's Prosecutor General's Office, the Main Transport Prosecutor's Office, prosecutors of several border regions of Kazakhstan, as well as representatives of Russia's Prosecutor General's Office," Kazakhstan's Prosecutor General's Office said.
Heads of the prosecutor's office of Altai Republic, the Republic of Kalmykia, Altai province, Astrakhan, Volgograd, Kurgan, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Orenburg, Samara, Saratov, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk regions, Western Siberia, the Urals and South transport prosecutor's offices will be among the participants.
The topical issues of cooperation in the sphere of prosecutorial oversight will be discussed during the forum.
The forum will be attended by Kazakhstan's Prosecutor General Askhat Daulbaev and Russia's Deputy Prosecutor General Yury Ponomarev.
