Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan, to take part in Russia-Kazakhstan interregional cooperation forum, RIA Novosti reported.
Putin and his counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev will speak at the plenary session of the forum, and will also visit a tourism exhibition.
In addition, the presidents plan a bilateral meeting and Baiterek space rocket complex will be presented to them.
