The Senate will consider the bill on Kazakhstan's republican budget for 2022 - 2024, Trend reports with reference to the press service of the Chamber of Parliament of Kazakhstan.
The mentioned issue was discussed at a meeting of the bureau held under the chairmanship of the Speaker of the Senate Maulen Ashimbayev, during which the deputies approved the issues proposed for consideration at the meeting of the Senate, scheduled for November 18, 2021.
It is reported that the senators will also consider the draft Law "on guaranteed transfers from the National Fund of Kazakhstan for 2022 - 2024", the adoption of which contributes to the fulfillment of state obligations to pay solidarity pensions and basic state pension payments.
Also, the members of the bureau discussed the preparations for the offline meeting with the secretaries of regional maslikhats (local representative body), scheduled for November 19. In March, a meeting was also held with the newly elected deputies of maslikhats, in an online format.
In addition, the bills previously received from the Mazhilis [lower chamber of the parliament] were distributed among the Senate Committees for further work.
