Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerbol Karashukeev spoke about the ongoing work to develop the export of agricultural products at a governmental meeting, Trend reports referring to a correspondent of Kazinform news agency.
“The ministry is systematically working to develop the export of agricultural products, focusing on the export of the processed products, to increase the volume of exported products,” Karashukeev added.
The export volume of agricultural products reached $2.6 billion and increased by 14.3 percent for nine months of 2021 compared to the same period of 2020 ($2.2 billion for nine months of 2020).
The export volume of processed agricultural products reached $950.5 million for nine months of 2021, which is by 2.4 percent more than in the same period of 2020 ($928.5 million). The share of export of processed products reached 37 percent in the structure of export of agricultural products.
