The value of Kazakhstan’s export of manufactured goods is expected to equal $25 billion, Trend reports citing Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Trade and Integration.
The ministry noted that Kazakhstan’s export of non-oil products has amounted to $19.9 billion over the period from January through October 2021, whereas export of manufacturing industry goods stood at $15.9 billion, which is 28.3 percent more than during the same period of 2020. Export of services valued at $4 billion.
The top-3 imports of Kazakhstan’s manufacturing industry goods were:
- China ($3.7 billion, which is 0.3 percent less than last year).
- Russia ($3.1 billion, which is 47.7 percent more than last year).
- Uzbekistan ($1.3 billion, which is 59.1 percent more than last year).i
In 2021, Kazakhstan has also launched export of locally-made goods to Pakistan, Thailand, Philippines and Mexico.
Kazakhstan’s foreign trade turnover amounted to $82.1 billion over the period from January through October 2021, which indicates an increase of 14 percent as compared to $72.05 billion during the same period last year.
