BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 3. Kazakhstan imported a number of agricultural products from Russia’s Krasnoyarsk Territory since the beginning of 2022, Trend reports via Russian Rosselkhoznadzor Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.

In particular, 2,700 tons of grain, 1,300 tons of rapeseed, and 1.6 tons of peas were imported.

These products are recognized as safe in veterinary and sanitary terms and meet the requirements of the importing country.

Rosselkhoznadzor is a federal executive body carrying out functions on control and supervision in the veterinary field: establishment and lifting of phytosanitary quarantine zones, control of pesticide and agrochemical application, maintenance of soil fertility, cultivation achievements, protection, reproduction and use of animal objects and aquatic biological resources, and protection of humans from animal infectious diseases.
