Kazakhstan allocates USD 2.5 billion for Kyrgyz projects

(KAZINFORM) According to the agreement that has been signed today Kazakhstan invests a number of projects in Kyrgyzstan making at least USD 2500 billion. Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has announced about it at a briefing in Astana after the talks with the Head of Kyrgyzstan K. Bakiyev.

"Today we have signed protocol-intention that presents list of objects of capital application", the President stated. Besides investments of Kazakh businessmen, state funds will be allocated for realization of these projects in the form of a credit to Kyrgyz Government, reports Trend.

N. Nazarbayev expressed confidence that in future Kyrgyzstans capital would be directed to Kazakhstan as well.
