( Kazakhstan Today ) - Kazakhstan OSCE Presidency could activate the work of the organization, said RK President Nursultan Nazarbayev taking the floor on the 6th Eurasian Media Forum in Almaty.
"Our vision and initiative could activate the work of OSCE in perspective directions from the point of view of our regional mentality, tolerance experience study and peaceful existence of different religions in our country, in one state", - said the president.
Nursultan Nazarbayev reminded that Kazakhstan asked such respected organization for presidency. "For the first time ex-Soviet republic placed a bid, and this bid was made by all CIS countries, the biggest part of which are in Asia, a bid came from Kazakhstan, the country representing huge Central Asian region and playing growing role in energy security sphere", - said the president.
