Joao Soares President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe arrived in Kyrgyzstan on working visit, press service of the Kyrgyz Parliament reported.
The President of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly plans to meet with President of the republic Kurmanbek Bakiev, parliamentary speaker Aitibai Tagaev, Minister of Foreign Affairs Kadyrbek Sarbaev and chairman of the Kyrgyz Central Election Commission Damir Lisovskiy, "24.kg" reported.
Joao Soares will also meet with representatives of the civil society at OSCE office in Bishkek. After the visit the high guest will supposedly leave for capital of the neighboring Tajikistan - Dushanbe.
