Anthrax has repeatedly burst out in Jalalabad region of Kyrgyzstan. The disease cases were registered in Aksiy district, the Emergency Ministry reported.
Resident of the village of Semet got the infection from a cow as far back as on July 19 but consulted a doctor only on July 27. The resident's blood samples and the cow remains have been sent for laboratory analysis, News Agency "24.kg" reported.
About 167 local anthrax suspects are reportedly kept under medical observation at the time.
