“A consulate of Great Britain will probably be opened in Kyrgyzstan”, MP Nurbyubyu Kerimova stated on 25 March, 2010 at the meeting with the Chairman of the British Kyrgyzstan All-Party Parliamentary Group of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland lord Waverley John-Desmond.

"A consulate of Great Britain will probably be opened in Kyrgyzstan", MP Nurbyubyu Kerimova stated on 25 March, 2010 at the meeting with the Chairman of the British Kyrgyzstan All-Party Parliamentary Group of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland lord Waverley John-Desmond.

Reportedly, this will give a new impulse to bilateral relations. "As a whole the visit of the Group will allow strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation", Kerimova considers, 24 reported.

Lord Waverley John-Desmond noted that the goal of his visit to Kyrgyzstan is founding a basis for further cooperation of parliaments of the two countries. He expressed an opinion that activation of inter-parliamentary relations will facilitate investment attractiveness of Kyrgyzstan.

"Lord Waverley John-Desmond expressed a hope that tomorrow on 26 March following the results of negotiations with the chairman of Zhogorku Kenesh, a Memorandum of Mutual Understanding between the Parliament of the KR and British Kyrgyzstan All-Party Group of the Parliament of Great Britain will be signed. According to the Memorandum, five different groups will be created on cooperation with the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan on the directions of special importance", the report states.
