Senior vice Prime-Minister of Kyrgyzstan Amangeldi Muraliev criticized work of ministries and departments as he said on the session of the technical government of the Kyrgyz Republic, news agency "24.kg" reported.
"Instead of efficient interaction with each other heads of ministries and departments suffer from old habits, i.e. in case of any problem they apply to highest instance. But the central administration has enough own things to care of. So, they need to learn manage their problem themselves," Amangeldi Muraliev thinks.
Senior vice Prime-Minister noted that the new government faces many recurring problems. "Surely, we cannot conduct pivotal reforms taking into account time pressure but we have to achieve stabilization in the country."
