Observers register first violations on the run of elections in Kyrgyzstan, 24.kg news agency reported.

The Alliance "Free Generation" (Svobodnoye Pokolenije) reports that "the procedure of marking is made not in a proper manner in some polling stations of Bishkek city."

According to their data the marking is not checked at all in some polling stations while in other polling stations voters are marked before their names is found in voter's lists.

The Alliance "Free Generation" informs that such facts are registered in polling stations №№ 1020 и 1021 that are situated in the one building.

"Several people have already had marking saying that they weren't found in the lists of the neighboring station and alongside with that there are no evidences that they have polled before. This information was sent to the Central Election Commission and the Expert and Analytical Monitor Department under Presidential Administration," clarified the Alliance.

The Alliance "Free Generation" informs that one of observers says that other independent observers of other organization tried to pressure on him - "they attempted to impede to take formal note of violation."

Note: observers of the Alliance "Free Generation" monitor 126 polling stations across the country.
