Ms. Otunbayeva, reportedly, invited Omurbek Tekebayev, Omurbek Babanov, Felix Kulov, Kamchibek Tashiev and Chairman of the Central Commission for Elections and Referendum Akylbek Sariev.

"On 10 October, for the first time in the history of independent Kyrgyzstan, we proved able to hold fair elections without the use of administrative resources and interference of public authorities in the work of election commissions," the press-service quoted.

Roza Otunbayeva noted that "we managed to hold constitutional reforms and elections to the parliament, despite various obstacles caused by both internal and external political forces".

According to the Chairman of the CEC, the Commission verifies protocols of vote counting and examines complaints received.

Akylbek Sariev also noted that, the CEC will specify the number of voters in primary and secondary lists, and by reference to avoid duplication given numerous statements on the controversy of the Party Butun Kyrgyzstan in the list of voters. The CEC also makes reconciliation of protocol submitted by parties and NGOs, observing the elections, with the original protocols and data of SAS Shailoo.

The CEC is expected to recount votes at those polling stations with doubtful counting of the vote. "All the procedures will be carried out with the obligatory participation of representatives of political parties and civil society," the press service quoted Akylbek Sariyev as saying.
