The witness Ruslan Arakeev refused to preliminary testimonies in the court on April events given by him during the investigation.

The witness Ruslan Arakeev refused to preliminary testimonies in the court on April events given by him during the investigation, 24.kg reported.

According to him, he was in a state of shock and signed the papers without getting to the heart even after two months from June 16, 2010 when he was interrogated. "I did not understand what is written as an interrogation conducted in Kyrgyz and the protocol drawn up in Russian," said Ruslan Arakeev.

He noted that much of his testimony were untrue. "The document says that I have used 15 rounds taken out of the box. In fact, I did not shoot at the protesters. There was some mistake," explained Ruslan Arakeev.

Recall that there is witnesses questioning in the court on April events. The process takes place in the hall of the Department of Security and prisoners Convoy under the State Service of corrections under the Government. Altogether there are 28 accused in the case including former high-ranking officials of the country that are wanted. They are being tried in absentia.
