Kyrgyzstan to use election ink during presidential elections

Election ink will be used during the presidential elections in Kyrgyzstan on October 30 to prevent double voting,CA-NEWS reported.

Ink will be applied to the cuticle of the right hand thumb.

"In case the second round of presidential elections will be held and the ink will not disappear from the right hand thumb by that time, election ink will be applied to the right hand index finger," Central Election Commission Chairman Tuigunaaly Abdraimov told reporters today.

Marking will be made with a special marker having the sign "Central Election Commission.

"It won't wash out for several days. I experimented with marking on myself and applied it to the little finger. It has not washed out for a week," Abdraimov told reporters.
