A drug trafficker was detained by the State Drug Control Service while attempting to sell over 7 kg of heroin in Arka village, Leilek rayon, Batken oblast of Kyrgyzstan, CA-NEWS reported.
State Drug Control Service Vice Chairman Kanybek Nurmatov acted as a buyer.

The drug dealer was detained during a special operation. But he resisted and injured Nurmatov with a knife. The drug dealer was arrested.

Colonel Nurmatov was hospitalized.

A 33 year-old drug dealer from Dushanbe is accused of drug trafficking, sale and assassination attempt on a law enforcement officer's life.
