A rally against the murder of Kyrgyz journalist Zhanybek Aidaraliyev runs near the White House in Bishkek, 24.kg news agency reported. Demonstrators, including journalists and friends of Aidaraliyev demand for punishment of a murderer.

23-year old Aidaraliyev, who was a sound engineer at the Tumar radio, passed awa at the hospital on Nov.9, 2011. He was cruelly beaten in Bishkek on Oct.6. He also worked as a DJ in the ВС Bar.

The protestors argue that the police was aware who killed Aidaraliyev, however the murderer has not yet arrested.

The Investigation Department of the Pervomasky District Office of Internal Affairs filed a criminal case under the article "The infliction of grievous bodily harm" of the Kyrgyzstan's Criminal Code, but the suspect has not yet been arrested. He was put on the wanted list at the end of October. According to the Ministry of Internal Affaires (MVD), the suspected is a Kyrgyz citizen Maksat Eraliyev, born in 1983, a native of Issyk-Kul province.
