The disciplinary penalty in the form of keeping servicemen in the guardhouse contradicts the Constitution. This was established by military prosecutor's office, the Kyrgyz prosecutor general office said on Tuesday.
"This contradicts the Article 24 of the Kyrgyz Constitution," KirTAG reported.
In this regard, the military prosecutor's office appealed to Defense Minister to prevent these violations of the law.
