The European Union has allocated over 450 million euros of aid to Kyrgyzstan since 1996, the country's Foreign Minister Erlan Abdildayev said on Tuesday, KyrTAG reported.
The aid was directed to various projects in different spheres especially in social area and as the support to the country's budget.
The trade turnover between Kyrgyzstan and the European Union amounted to $433 million within the nine months of the year, indicating a 42 percent growth
Abdildayev said the country is committed to further development of trade and economic ties with the Union.
