Vice mayor of Bishkek Aygul Usubakunova resigned, Kabar news agency reported on April 11, referring to the reference to the city's administration.
"Aygul Usubakunova today was relieved from the post at her own request, which was signed by Bishkek mayor Kubanychbek Kulmatov. There are no candidates for the vice mayor post yet," the Head of Bishkek administration's Public Relations department Saliya Borbieva told the agency.
The head of the education department under Bishkek administration, Gulnara Tagaeva, also submitted a resignation letter, Borbieva said.
