BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 25. The Kyrgyzstan’s Department of Public Procurement under the Ministry of Finance is discussing the draft “Procedure for conducting electronic public procurement”, Trend reports citing the press office of the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan.

Kyrgyzstan is currently undertaking a public procurement system reform within the framework of which the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov signed a new version of the Law No. 27 of Kyrgyzstan “On Public Procurement” dated April 14, 2022.

In order to implement the above Law, the Department has developed a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan on the approval of the Regulation "On the Procedure for Conducting Electronic Public Procurement".

The main goal of the draft resolution is to approve the Procedure for conducting electronic public procurement, which unifies regulatory legal acts in the field of public procurement into a single document, whereas previous regulatory legal acts consisted of 14 documents, some of which were contradictory, the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan said.
