BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 18. Kyrgyzstan and South Korean KT telecommunications Corporation continue to further enhance cooperation in the digital development of Kyrgyzstan, Trend reports via the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan.
During the meeting of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov with representatives of the KT Corporation, the priorities of the National Strategy for Digital Transformation of Kyrgyzstan were discussed.
“ The development of a "green" economy and digital transformation are designated as priority sectors in the country's National Development Program until 2026,” said Zhaparov.
Zhaparov expressed his gratitude to the company for supporting the initiative to develop a national strategy for Kyrgyzstan's digital development, as well as his willingness to strengthen and develop cooperation with the telecommunications company.
President of KT Corporation Yoon Kyung-lim, for his part, expressed interest in further fruitful cooperation.
