BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 4. Rosselkhoznadzor has published a data on the volume of Russia's Altai Republic exports to Kyrgyzstan from January through October 2022, Trend reports via the Russian Rosselkhoznadzor Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.
According to statistics, the volume of Russia's Altai Republic product exports to Kyrgyzstan in the first 10 months of this year amounted to 25,000 tons.
During this period, employees of Rosselkhoznadzor's office for the Altai Republic controlled the export of 187,462 tons of cereals, flakes, flour and other products, which is an increase of 35 percent over the same period in 2021.
"Each batch of goods exported from Altay region undergoes inspection, documentary and laboratory control before shipment. According to the results, phytosanitary certificates are issued, indicating that all products meet the requirements of importing countries," Rosselkhoznadzor said.
Rosselkhoznadzor is a federal executive body carrying out functions on control and supervision in the veterinary field: establishment and lifting of phytosanitary quarantine zones, control of pesticide and agrochemical application, maintenance of soil fertility, cultivation achievements, protection, reproduction and use of animal objects and aquatic biological resources, and protection of humans from animal infectious diseases.
