BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 1. A total of 69 projects were implemented in Kyrgyzstan's Batken region from January through November 2022, Trend reports with reference to kabar.kg.
During the reporting period, the volume of investments, including from international organizations and individuals in the Batken region reached 3.3 billion soms (approximately $39.6 million).
"In Batken city, the total volume of investments amounted to 651.4 million soms ($7.7 million), with 4 completed projects, the rest sum was invested in Kadamjay (1.4 billion soms, or $17.6 million) Batken (421.1 million soms, or $4.9 million), Leylek (566.2 million soms - $6.7 million) districts ," the message said.
Since the beginning of this year, investors have been attracted for the construction of 6 mini-HPPs in the Batken region.
