New enterprises producing construction materials will be commissioned in Tajikistan by the end of this year, the Ministry of Energy and Industry said. In particular, it is planned to commission several brick factories in different regions of the country, Asia-Plus reports.
The country has commissioned five new enterprises for the production of bricks, which are located in the city of Vahdat, and regions of Rudaki, Hissar, Tursunzade Muminobod, the Ministry of Energy and Industry added.
Total of 83 brick factories, which employ more than 2.2 thousand people, has been operating in the republic. These enterprises issued more than 65 million bricks during the 8 months of the year, which is 23.5 million bricks more compared to the same period last year.
