By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: The head of Tajik Sughd Free Economic Zone discussed issues of cooperation with representative of Municipal and Environmental Infrastructure Department of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Umed Saidov, the web-site of the free economic zone reported.
The meeting was held in the administration of Sughd Free Economic Zone.
Within the meeting the parties also discussed the implementation of projects in Sughd FEZ and new prospects for cooperation.
The issue of construction of infrastructure such as water supply project and new microdistricts of the city of Khudjand were discussed in detail as one of the priority areas of cooperation.
Moreover, the work of existing companies and prospects of increasing production, financial activities of the Administration, and its interaction with the regulatory authorities as well as attraction of foreign experience in order to develop the infrastructure on the basis of Public Private Partnership were discussed.
Sughd Free Economic Zone presented the priority projects which may be implemented through PPP on its territory.
