BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 24. President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has put several industrial plants into operation today, Trend reports citing Tajik president's press service.
Rahmon commissioned Nursoz LLC plants for the production of drywall, building materials in the city of Norak, Khatlon region.
The drywall manufacturing plant will have the capacity to produce 6,000 square meters of drywall per day and 2 million square meters annually.
As reported, the production of glue, putty, and plaster will be primarily for the domestic market. The annual production capacity is 800 tons of high-quality building materials.
Remarkably, with the launch of these workshops, more than 100 residents of Norak city will be provided with permanent jobs.
