Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed deep condolences to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in connection with numerous human victims as a result of two explosions that occurred at the mine Raspadskaya in the south of the Kemerovsky region.
According to Turkmen Government, expressing wishes of fortitude and strength, the head of Turkmenistan expressed words of empathy and support to relatives and friends of the victims and injured.
