Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov severely reprimanded the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the country's Supreme Court and deprived the district judge of his title, the Turkmen government said on Thursday.
The censure was expressed to head of the Interior Ministry Isgender Mulikov and his deputy Sardar Durdyev for unsatisfactory performance of duties and reduced control over the activities of subordinate services.
A reprimand was also levied at the chairman of the Supreme Court Amanmyrat Khallyev for the unsatisfactory performance of his duties and also reduced control over the activities of subordinate judicial institutions.
In addition, in accordance with Article 73 of the Law of Turkmenistan On the court, the president 'for committing prejudicial misconduct which is not compatible with the high title of the judge', prematurely dismissed the judge of the Garashsyzlyk district court in the Lebap region Egemberdi Nuryev.
