Turkmennebit (Turkmenoil) state concern announced an open tender to buy chemical products, including raw materials for the production of polyethylene and polypropylene.
All interested companies must:
- submit an application (applications of offshore companies will not be accepted) indicating the applicant's full name, legal status, country of registration and details.
- get lot specifications, technical requirements and basic contract conditions;
- receive an invoice of $500 or the equivalent amount in manats (excluding VAT and bank costs) per lot.
Tender proposals will be accepted until 11:00 (UTC/GMT+5 hours), March 11, 2016.
