The ministries of economy, labor of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen State Service 'Turkmenstandartlary' were instructed to prepare and approve the procedure for development of norms and standards of consumption of raw and auxiliary materials, fuel and energy resources, as well as labor costs for manufacture of products in a month's time.
The corresponding decree was signed by Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in order to improve activity of public enterprises, institutions and organizations of the country.
The document also instructed the State Committee for Statistics of Turkmenistan to submit information regarding the primary cost and profitability of products manufactured in the country to the Turkmen ministry of economy on the results of each year.
