Turkmenistan's President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov discussed the issues of regional and the world policy with the Saudi Defense Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud during his official visit to Saudi Arabia, said Turkmen government May 2.
The president noted that Turkmenistan aims to efficiently use the existing potential to develop the mutually beneficial cooperation both bilaterally and within such international organizations as the UN and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
The Saudi minister, in turn, expressing support for the policy of peace and good neighborliness conducted by Turkmenistan, emphasized that the constructive approach of Ashgabat to solving global problems of humanity finds acceptance and understanding in the wide global circles.
