The Turkmen State Committee for Fisheries has announced a tender for construction of a complex for artificial breeding of sturgeon and manufacture of fish products in the Balkan province (west of Turkmenistan).
The participation fee is $1,150, including VAT (15 percent).

The bids will be accepted till 16:00 (GMT +5) December 20, 2017.
The tender documents will be accepted in two envelopes: commercial offer and technical proposal.
