Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed a decree on appointment of Maksat Khudaykuliyev the head of the service to combat economic crimes, Turkmen media reported on April 17.
The service to combat economic crimes was established on June 1, 2017 and headed by Mammetkhan Chakyev, who previously served as the chairman of the State Customs Service.
Chakyev was appointed the deputy prime minister for transport and communications.
