BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 8. Turkmenistan is actively cooperating with TRACECA, studying the procedure, legal framework and other features for further joining this organization, Turkmen Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mekan Ishanguliyev told Trend.
"We are not permanent members of TRACECA, nevertheless, we actively cooperate with this organization, and practically most of the projects that TRACECA implements are directly related to Turkmenistan," Ishanguliyev stressed.
The Ambassador noted that the transport corridors that pass, including through the territory of Turkmenistan, are the first steps for joining TRACECA.
