BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 20. The Keymir department of the Turkmennebit State Concern in Turkmenistan exceeded the plan for the production of gas condensate from January through August 2022, Trend reports with reference to Jeyhun News.

During the specified period, the department produced 293,300 tons of gas condensate on the territory of the Esenguly settlement of the Balkan region in western Turkmenistan. The production plan was fulfilled by 103 percent.

Meanwhile, natural gas production in the Balkan region is forecast to increase to 11 billion cubic meters per year by 2025.

Simultaneously with the improvement of the results of natural gas production in the region, it is planned to increase the manufacturing of gas condensate to 10.5 million tons per year.

A resolution was signed in February this year on investing more than 250 million Turkmen manat ($71.4 million) in the Turkmennebit State Concern.
