(Turkmenistan.ru) - Turkmen President Saparmurat Niyazov signed a resolution approving the regulations on organization and maintaining of personified records of retirement insurance as well procedure and terms of investment of pension accumulations, reports Trend.
As the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru reports referring to the press service of the head of state, the document was signed in connection with the adoption of the law of Turkmenistan "On pensions", revised version, and with a view to improving organization and maintaining of records of pension accumulations and their investment.
In accordance with the resolution, the Ministry of social welfare of Turkmenistan is tasked to set up a department for pension accumulations at the Ministry of social welfare within the limits of the list of staff workers established for the central office of the ministry and approve its status.
