(turkmenistan.ru) - A new office of the Turkmenneft state concern was inaugurated in the administrative center of Balkan province situated in the west of Turkmenistan.
The office building of the country fuel-energy sector's largest industrial association was built on a turnkey basis by Turkish company Sehil Inshaat Industry we Tijaret Ltd Shirketi. The US $ 10 million facility was erected in one of the developing areas of the oilmen city of Turkmenistan. It is a 6-storey building occupying some 8,5 thousand square meters. According to the design of architectures, the mixture of marble, aluminum and toner glass in the facing of the building give solidity to the monumental complex as well as proportion, beauty and expressiveness, reports Trend.
All rooms and other office premises are stuffed with latest computer equipment, means of communication, modern office furniture, centralized conditioning and heating systems. The project also provided for the large conference-hall, refectory, sport center and sauna and landscaping of some 2,5 hectares of the surrounding territory. There were planted flowers and palms, firs and other trees, ornamental bushes. Fountains, original lamps and places for rest were also built there.
