A decision to pay dividends for the first nine months of 2011 was made at an extraordinary meeting of Agro Invest Sug'urta company, uzreport reported referring to Uzbekistan's insurance company.
The report said that Agro Invest Sug'urta made 184.094 million soums of net profit during January-September 2011.
By the decision of the General Meeting of shareholders Agro Invest Sug'urta will pay dividends of 52.6 soums per ordinary share. The total amount of shares on which dividends are credited is 3.5 million.
In accordance with the decision, the founders of the company, Mikrocreditbank will receive 154.38 million soums worth of dividends and Agromashlizing - 29.712 million soums.
