Uzbek President Islam Karimov has signed a resolution to transform the Extra-Budgetary Fund for Reconstruction, Refurbishment and Equipping of Educational Institutions, established in late 2010 into the Extra-Budgetary Fund for Reconstruction, Refurbishment and Equipping of Educational and Medical Institutions.
The document was published in the electronic mass media on Monday.
According to the document, the fund will operate under the Finance Ministry from Jan. 1, 2012. All assets and liabilities will be transferred to the created organization.
