The Uzbek lower house of parliament at a meeting on Wednesday has adopted a law on the ratification of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's Convention Against Terrorism, the parliamentary press service reported.
The convention classifies rules on the protection of sovereignty, indicates the list of measures to prevent domestic terrorism, defines the scope for introducing the convention, sets jurisdictional limits, and forms a basis and an order of legal aid.
